Our Women’s Economic Empowerment vertical invests in women’s transformative journey towards breaking barriers and challenging biases to reach their full potential. Through strategic interventions and our WEE Framework, we’re empowering marginalized women and adolescent girls in South Asia to become champions of change, challenge gender bias, and influence policies for a more equitable world.

Grameen uses its WEE Framework to design and deliver the various interventions and define the outcomes to address the multifaceted gender barriers faced by women engaged in economic activities, especially in enterprises.
