She is currently associated with Grameen Foundation India as Director of Agriculture and Livelihood Practices. In my professional career, she has the experience of working with organizations such as CARE India, AFPRO, TERI and BCI in close association with range of stake holders ranging from smallholder farmers especially women farmers, CBO, NGO ( both national and international), corporate donors, scientist and Researchers.
