Madhurima Ghose has been leading the Human Resource department of Grameen Foundation’s India office since 2016. In her current role as Associate Director, Organizational Culture and Excellence, she is responsible for all strategic human capital priorities and drives all areas of human resources, including organizational development, culture management, business excellence and transformation.

Madhurima holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Miranda House, Delhi University and is a Post Graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for distance learning.

Madhurima has extensive experience of 19 years across various workstreams in HR like Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relation Management, Total Rewards, HR Strategy etc. Before joining Grameen she managed large business groups in various capacities within the HR divisions of private sector organizations such as Kelly Services, Evalueserve, ICL Group of Colleges and Allied Analytics.
