Arindam holds a bachelor degree in commerce from Calcutta University. He has also done his MBA with specialization in Marketing From Bhavan’s Institute of Management Science (Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan) under Kalyani University. He has got an overall experience of almost two decades ranging from Pharma, Advertising, Banking & Finance.

He has worked with various Banks & FinTechs for over 18 years with 12 years in Axis Bank where he had been involved in various first of its kind projects for the bank as a part of the Strategic Initiative Group. As a part of Equitas Small Finance Bank Arindam was one of the key members in the Digital Banking Team handling many first of its kind projects of the Bank.”
